Maple Grove Football Rolls Past Eden Prairie in 6A Playoffs
The Maple Grove football team won its 10th game of the season Friday, shutting out Eden Prairie 34-0 in the second round of the Class 6A playoffs.
Chuck Langama led the Crimson in rushing with 120 yards and two touchdowns. The Crimson rushed for 232 yards and four touchdowns as a team.
Jacob Wrbanek led the team in tackles with 17 while Beau Thyen and Gavin Elmquist had interceptions with Thyen returning his 55 yards for a touchdown.

Maple Grove (10-0) faces Edina (8-2) in the state quarterfinals Thursday at 7:00 pm at Park Center High School.
The Hornets eliminated the Crimson in the second round of the playoffs last season.
