Maple Grove Football Preps for Champlin Park
The Maple Grove football team enters the second half of the regular season with a perfect 4-0 record and a number one ranking in at least two polls.
But the Crimson say they are still a work in progress and expect tough battles ahead, starting with their Thursday night game against an improved Champlin Park team.
The Rebels are 2-2 with their losses coming against good Woodbury and Minnetonka teams.
Maple Grove has scored wins over Osseo, Totino-Grace, Minnetonka, and Centennial.
The Rebels and Crimson kick off at 7:00 Thursday at Maple Grove.
