Maple Grove Football Gears up for Defending State Champions
The third-ranked Maple Grove football team is preparing for its biggest challenge of the season so far.
The Crimson travel to Centennial High School Friday to take on the defending state champion Cougars.
Maple Grove has defeated Centennial in each of the past two seasons, including 41-28 last year for the Cougars’ only loss of the season.
The Crimson come into the game 2-0 while the Cougars are 1-1.
