Maple Grove Football Building in Shortened Season
The Maple Grove football team is building toward the playoffs in this COVID-19 shortened season.
The Crimson beat rival Osseo 31-7 last week in their best overall performance.
They will try to keep the momentum going when they meet Anoka this week.
The Crimson didn’t play so well in a loss to a Centennial team that is 1-3, and they’re hoping a lesson was learned that night.
Maple Grove hopes to make a run during the postseason, although at this point it looks unlikely there will be a state tournament due to the coronavirus.
