Maple Grove Boys Soccer Tops Roseville in 5AAA Semifinal
The Maple Grove boys soccer team scored three goals in the final 15 minutes of the second half to score a 5-2 Section 5AAA semifinal win over Roseville.
Ike Deuel scored on a penalty kick with 14:55 to play, breaking a 2-2 tie.
Ousman Touray scored twice for the Crimson. Solan Gamache and Parker Carlson also scored for Maple Grove while Everett Johnston added two assists.
The Crimson (16-0-1) are the top seed in Section 5AAA and will host third-seeded Champlin Park (9-5-3) in the section championship game Tuesday.
