Maple Grove Boys Hockey Routs Anoka
The Maple Grove boys hockey team routed Anoka 8-1 Thursday to extend their unbeaten streak to four games.
The Crimson scored three goals in each of the first two periods to take a 6-1 lead after two periods against the Tornadoes.
Landen Gunderson scored two goals for Maple Grove while four other players netted a goal and an assist.
The Crimson out shot the Tornadoes 37-5.
Maple Grove (3-1-1 overall, 2-0-1 NWSC) hosts Centennial Saturday afternoon.
