Maple Grove Boys Hockey On Five-Game Win Streak Heading into Holiday Tourney
After two losses to start the season in the CCX Turkey Trot tournament, the Maple Grove boys hockey team has won five in a row heading into their Premier Holiday Classic in the Grove.
The Crimson have only allowed four goals in their five wins and three of those games have been shutouts.
Beside their solid goaltending and play from their defensive group, head coach Todd Bergland has been impressed with the Crimson’s depth.
Maple Grove will play Chanhassen, Rosemount, and Holy Family at the Maple Grove Community Center from Wednesday through Friday.
