Maple Grove Boys Hockey Loses to Centennial
The Maple Grove boys hockey team lost 6-3 to Centennial Thursday, dropping the Crimson season record to 7-4-1.
Maple Grove scored in the first minute of the game on a goal by Luke Margenau.
But the Cougars scored the next four goals to lead 4-1 after two periods.
Maple Grove rallied to make it 4-3 in the third on goals from Finn Brink and Aaron Tollas but Centennial (8-2-0) scored the final two goals of the game.
Maple Grove (7-4-1) hosts Coon Rapids on Saturday.
