Maple Grove Boys Hockey Beats Elk River
The Maple Grove boys hockey team skated to a 3-1 win over Elk River/Zimmerman Thursday for the team’s ninth win of the season.
Nathan Jaglo scored late in the first period to give the Crimson a 1-0 lead. Bennett Glad and Finn Brink scored in the second period for the Crimson.
Jackson Skyberg scored the lone Elks’ goal. Maple Grove (9-4-1) outshot Elk River 33-17.
