Maple Grove Boys Basketball Tops Osseo 64-58
Maple Grove’s boys basketball led most of the game on the way to a 64-58 win over rival Osseo Wednesday night.
The Orioles did come back from a double digit deficit to lead the Crimson 48-47 midway through the second half before Maple Grove rallied to win.
Morgan Moore scored 19 points, Caden Boettcher netted 16 and Jon Haakenson added 13 to lead the Maple Grove.
Josh Ola-Joseph scored 21 points for Osseo with Benard Omooria scoring 18 and Donald Ferguson 12.
Both teams are now 1-1 this season and play each other again February 25th.
