Maple Grove Boys Basketball Edges Park Center
The Maple Grove boys basketball team edged Park Center in a thriller 82-80.
The game matched the two division leaders in the Northwest Suburban Conference.
Lovell Williams knocked down a three-pointer in the final seconds to give the Crimson the win.
Maple Grove played a strong first half to take a 46-31 halftime lead.
Park Center started the second half on an 11-2 run, and the lead changed hands down the stretch.
Williams scored 22 points to lead Maple Grove, with RaShaun Parker and Caden Boettcher each adding 15.
Dain Dainja scored 32 and Joshua Brown 22 for Park Center.
Maple Grove improved to 19-4 with the win.
Park Center is now 17-5.
