Local Football Players Prep for Final High School Game
Saturday night’s Minnesota High School all-star game caps the 2022 Minnesota prep football season and will feature several local players.
The North Roster includes Cordell Wilson of Armstrong, John Barrow of Cooper, Magnus Wright from Champlin Park, Wayzata’s Chase Ullom, Osseo teammates Bryce Hawthorne and Jerome Williams along with Maple Grove’s Tanner Albeck, Jacob Kilzer and Crimson head coach Matt Lombardi, who is head coach for the North.
44 players- all seniors- are named each year to both the North and South All-Star teams.
The game, sponsored by the Minnesota Football Coaches Association and the Minnesota Vikings, will be played Saturday at 6:00 pm at U.S. Bank Stadium. Tickets can be purchased through the Vikings website.
