League Night: Golden Valley Girls Softball
Our League Night series with Jay Wilcox this week features the slowpitch Golden Valley Girls Softball league.
The league has been around since the mid 1970’s and provides an opportunity for players of all skill levels to enjoy the sport in a competitive—but not overly competitive—environment.
The junior league is for players in 3rd through 6th grades and the senior league features players in 7th through 12th grades.
The league just wrapped up for the summer but for the first time a GVGS fall league is being offered, with practices starting this weekend.
