Knutson’s 25 Points Leads Maple Grove Boys Basketball Past Osseo, 66-60
Maple Grove boys basketball held off their cross-town rival Osseo, 66-60 in a Northwest Suburban conference matchup.
The Crimson led by seven points at halftime and although the Orioles were able to cut the lead down to one point, they were never able to take the lead in the second half.
Henry Knutson poured in 25 points for Maple Grove, including four three-pointers. Babo Ann added ten points, but the Crimson were balanced offensively with eight different players scoring.
With the win, Maple Grove extends its win streak to four in a row and is now 9-6 on the season.
Osseo falls to 6-9 on the year.
