Horn, Boyd Skate in Da Beauty League
Hopkins graduate Travis Boyd and Benilde’s Christian Horn are skating in Da Beauty League this summer.
It’s a league at Braemar Arena in Edina. NHL players, minor leaguers, and college stars skate in the six week league in July and August.
Boyd plays for the Washington Capitals, and won the Stanley Cup in 2018 as a rookie. Horn plays minor league hockey for Norfolk of the East Coast Hockey League.
They both say they’re having a blast in Da Beauty League as they prepare for their upcoming seasons.
