Hopkins/St. Louis Park Girls Hockey Falls 3-1 to Delano/Rockford
Delano/Rockford scored the first three goals of the third period and as the Tigers skated past Hopkins/St. Louis Park 3-1 Thursday in high school girls hockey.
The Tigers broke the game’s scoreless tie with a powerplay goal from Alaina Petit six minutes into the third period. Pettit scored her second goal later in the period while Kaelyn Wittwer also netted a goal for Delano/Rockford.
Adrienne DeGiulo scored the lone goal for Hopkins/SLP in the game’s final minutes.
