Hopkins Softball Rolls Past Edina in 6AAAA Tournament
Top seed Hopkins beat fourth seed Edina 5-1 in the second round of the Section 6AAAA softball tournament Wednesday.
Signe Dohse pitched a two-hitter and struck out 14 Edina hitters.
Anisa Dysart hit a bases-loaded triple for Hopkins to break a 1-1 tie in the bottom of the fourth inning.
Hopkins (18-4) plays Minneapolis Southwest (13-6) in the winner’s bracket final Friday.
