Hopkins Scores Win in 6AAA Girls Soccer
Avery Petty scored a goal and added two assists to help lead the Hopkins girls’ soccer team to a 5-0 win over St. Louis Park in the quarterfinals of the Section 6AAA tournament.
The Royals (7-7-3) play at second-seeded Minneapolis Southwest Saturday at noon in the section semifinals.
Wayzata hosts Minneapolis Washburn in the other 6AAA semifinal. The section final is Tuesday at the home of the high seed.
