Hopkins Gymnastics Vaults Past Wayzata
The Hopkins gymnastics team defeated Wayzata 138.175 to 136.300 in a key early season meet between the two Lake Conference powers.
Hopkins junior NyahSymone Britt won the all-around title with a score of 36.225 with teammate Ava Brosam finishing second with a score of 35.1.
Ava Johnson (34.475) finished with Wayzata’s top all-around score. Both teams have one meet remaining before the holiday break.
