Hopkins Graduate Fahnbulleh Seventh in Olympic 200 Meters
Former Hopkins High School track star Joseph Fahnbulleh placed seventh in the 200 meters at the Paris Olympics Thursday.
Fahnbulleh competes for Liberia.
He won his heat in the prelims and was second in his semifinal heat to qualify for the finals.
Fahnbulleh ran for the University of Florida after starring at Hopkins.
Letsile Tebogo of Botswana scored an upset win in the 200, beating out Americans Kenneth Bednarek and Noah Lyles.
