Hopkins Girls Gymnastics Places Third at State Meet
The Hopkins gymnastics team finished third overall at the Class AA state meet at Roy Wilkins Auditorium in St. Paul.
The Royals final score as a team was 144.450, which just edged out Forest Lake by .25 points for the podium finish.
Annabelle Speers was Hopkins top scorer in the bars with a 9.45.
On the beam, Ava Brosam was the top contributor for the Royals, scoring a 9.1.
NyahSymone Britt was the top finisher for both the floor (9.3) and vault (9.8).
Hopkins finished at the state meet in 2023.
