Hopkins Girls Basketball Rolls to Big Win over Minnetonka
The top-ranked Hopkins girls basketball team rolled past second-ranked Minnetonka Wednesday, grounding the Skippers in a 70-46 win.
Maya Nnaji scored 21 points and Taylor Woodson 18 for the Royals (15-1) who broke a 10-10 first half tie with a 19-1 scoring run.
Desiree Ware netted 11 points for Minnetonka (16-2) which played without leading scorer Kiani Lockett.
The teams play again February 15th.
