Hopkins Girls Basketball Rallies Past STMA
The Hopkins girls basketball team trailed St. Michael-Albertville by nine points at halftime before a strong second half carried the Royals to a 75-66 win.
Hopkins is rated first in class AAAA, while STMA is ranked fourth.
Nunu Agara had 23 points and Kelly Boyle 17 to lead the Royals.
Tessa Johnson had 23 to lead the Knights.
Hopkins did lose to class AA’s top-ranked team, Providence Academy, on Saturday.
Maddyn Greenway had 43 points in the win for the Lions.
