Hopkins Girls Basketball Finishes Perfect Season
The Hopkins girls basketball team finished a perfect season Saturday.
The Royals stormed back after trailing at halftime to crush Stillwater 74-45 in the class AAAA final.
The Ponies grabbed a 29-27 lead after a back and forth first half.
Hopkins completely dominated the second half, outscoring Stillwater 47-16.
It’s the seventh state title for Hopkins in girls basketball.
It’s also the first undefeated season.
