Hopkins’ Britt Wins Vault at Class AA State Gymnastics Individual Meet
NyahSymone Britt finished her Hopkins gymnastics career with a first place finish in the vault in the Class AA state individual meet.
Britt’s second vault scored a 9.875, which gave her the top mark in the AA field. Britt also finished fourth in the all-around.
Osseo’s Ella Hagelin placed tenth in the all-around. Hagelin’s took sixth in both the vault and beam.
Mady Johnson of Wayzata finished in 36th in the bars with a score of 8.550.
Hopkins took third in the Class AA team state meet on Friday.
