Hopkins Boys Basketball Rolls Past Minneapolis North, Earns 20th Win
In a balanced effort offensively, the Hopkins boys basketball jumped out to a 31-point halftime lead and never looked back, winning big over Minneapolis North, 95-71.
Eight Royals finished the night in the scoring column, with four players scoring in double-figures.
JJ Semanko led Hopkins in scoring with 27 points. Jayden Moore also cracked above 20 points, scoring 21 for the Royals. Davie Hart added 16 for Hopkins and Anthony Smith chipped in 15 points.
Zachon Rich scored a team-high 21 points for the Polars.
With the win, the Royals advance to 20-5 on the year.
Hopkins will cap the regular season at Buffalo on Friday.
