Hopkins Baseball Team Beats Osseo
The Hopkins baseball team beat Osseo 3-1 Thursday night at Osseo’s Memorial Field.
The Royals scored two runs in the top of third to grab the lead.
The Orioles answered with a run in the bottom of the frame as Seamus Reese singled in a run.
Luis Felemovicius singled in the sixth, and an Osseo bobble in the outfield allowed a run to score.
Miles Halligan pitched five innings for the win for the Royals, allowing five hits and one run.
Nick Kanitz pitched the final two innings to earn the save.
