Heritage Christian Academy Girls Basketball Wins Section Title
The Heritage Christian Academy girls basketball team won the Section 4A title Friday night.
The Eagles beat top seed Mayer Lutheran 73-60 in the championship game.
It’s the third consecutive trip to the state Class A tournament for Heritage.
Kirstin Robbins scored 27 to lead the Eagles, with Taylor Schuck adding 21.
Heritage Christian is the number five seed in Class A.
They play Waterville-Elysian-Morristown in the quarterfinals Thursday at 1:00 p.m.
