Four Athletes Sign Letters of Intent at Armstrong
A signing ceremony to honor four Division I athletes was held at Armstrong High School Wednesday afternoon.
Soccer player Adam Heiden and diver William Francis each signed with the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
Baseball player Dayton Franke signed with South Dakota State University.
Distance runner Caitlyn Osanai signed with the University of Minnesota.
