FCA Basketball Camp is Popular in Maple Grove
It was postponed from late June until this last week of July, but the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) basketball camp proved to be popular in Maple Grove.
Fourth through ninth grade girls and boys hit the courts at Maple Grove Middle School for the camp.
Hand sanitizer and masks were new additions this year of course, along with staying with small groups all week for drills.
The players and coaches were just excited to be back in a gym playing the game they love.
In addition to basketball skills, the camp features talks and skits that help to promote being a good teammate, being respectful to coaches and referees, and being a good community member.
