Dani Cameranesi Retires From USA Women’s Hockey
Plymouth native and Blake School graduate Dani Cameranesi has announced her retirement from USA Women’s Hockey.
Cameranesi was part of the gold medal-winning 2018 US Olympic women’s hockey team in Pyeongchang, South Korea.
She also played on the 2022 team which won a silver medal in Beijing, China.
The two-time Olympian also played on three IIHF Women’s World Championship teams, winning gold medals in 2015 and 2019, and silver in 2021.
Cameranesi also won two national titles as a member of the University of Minnesota women’s hockey team.
She also won two high school championships at Blake and was Minnesota’s Ms. Hockey in 2013.
USA Hockey made the announcement Wednesday of Cameranesi’s retirement.
