Crystal Frolics Softball: Women’s Final Highlights
OnPoint rallied twice on the way to a 14-13 win over Ductech in the championship game of the first women’s division tournament at the 60th Crystal Frolics softball tournament.
After trailing 4-0 early, OnPoint scored four in the bottom of the second to tie the score 4-4. Ductech surged ahead again with four runs in the top of the fourth to go up 11-6.
OnPoint answered with a five-run fourth to even the score at 11-11.
They added two in the fifth and one in the sixth before holding off a Ductech rally in the top of the seventh.
Ductech scored two runs but OnPoint turned a game-ending double play to hold on for the win.
