Cooper Football Team Aims for Section Title
The Cooper football team aims for a section title Friday night.
The Hawks will play in their fourth straight Section 5AAAAA championship game when they meet Spring Lake Park.
Cooper has lost each of the previous three title games, two of them to Spring Lake Park.
Cooper built a 21-0 lead and then held on to beat Minneapolis Southwest 21-13 in the semifinals Saturday.
The Hawks and Panthers kick off at 7:00 p.m. Friday at Spring Lake Park.
