Cooper Football Beats Apple Valley
The Cooper football team improved to 4-1 with a 13-0 win over Apple Valley in a game shortened by Friday night’s storm.
Kameron Fox connected with Semaj Young for a 23-yard touchdown pass in the first quarter.
Emmanuel Karmo ran for an 18-yard touchdown out of a short-yardage wildcat formation for the Hawks in the second quarter it make it 13-0.
Cooper’s defense held the Eagles scoreless.
The game was delayed and then called official early in the third quarter after a long weather delay.
Cooper faces Bloomington Jefferson this Friday.
