Cooper Boys Basketball Runs Past Brooklyn Center 83-42
The Cooper boys basketball team spoiled Brooklyn Center’s senior night with a 83-42 win on the road.
The Hawks started strong out of the gates, getting out to a 9-0 lead.
Brooklyn Center was able to answer back later in the first half, getting the lead down to five points with six and half minutes left before halftime.
Cooper went on scoring runs both to close out the first half and begin the second though, and the Hawks ran away with the 41-point win.
Cooper improves their record to 11-12 overall while the Centaurs drop to 2-22 on the season.
