Champlin Park Girls Soccer Wins to Stay Unbeaten
Jessica Lee and Ainsley Krebsbach scored second half goals to break a 1-1 tie and help lead the Champlin Park girls soccer team to a 3-1 win over Rogers.
Freshman Pema Luangsignotha opened the scoring in the first half with a header goal off a pass from Lee.
The Royals’ Greta Chmura tied the game early in the second half before Lee’s penalty kick goal put the Rebels ahead for good in the match with just over 24 minutes to play.
Champlin Park (5-0-2) is the only unbeaten team in the Northwest Suburban Conference and host Spring Lake Park on Monday.
