Champlin Park Girls Soccer Starts Strong
The Champlin Park girls soccer team is off to a strong start this season.
The Rebels enter Tuesday with a 6-0-1 record.
Four of their six wins are shutouts, and the one tie is against 6th ranked Maple Grove.
A strong returning group from a team that won 13 games last fall figured to be strong this season.
Former Hopkins girls coach Keith Pavelka took over as Rebels’ coach this fall.
The players say it’s been a smooth transition to having a new coach.
