Champlin Park Boys Lacrosse Falls to Elk River-Zimmerman
The Champlin Park boys lacrosse team lost 9-6 to Elk River-Zimmerman Thursday in Northwest Suburban Conference play.
The Elks outscored the Rebels 4-1 to break open an otherwise even game.
Blake Rinehart had three goals and two assists to lead ERZ, with Caleb Sandstrom and Chase Morrissette each adding two goals.
Austin Johnson had two goals for Champlin Park, while Kristian Kapitan had three assists.
The Rebels drop to 4-5 in conference play and 4-7 overall.
Elk River-Zimmerman is 5-4 in NWSC games and 6-5 overall.
