Champlin Park Boys Hockey Holds Off Armstrong-Cooper
The Champlin Park boys hockey team stayed unbeaten early this season, dominating early and then holding off an Armstrong-Cooper rally for a 6-4 win.
Sophomore Brody Holoien had a hat trick for the Rebels, who outshot the Wings 22-3 in the first period on the way to a 2-0 lead.
Armstrong-Cooper battled back after the slow start, tying the game 3-3 and later 4-4 in the third period before the Rebels scored the last two.
Tate Gladney had two goals for Armstrong-Cooper.
Champlin Park improved to 3-0, while Armstrong-Cooper fell to 0-5.
