Champlin Park Boys Basketball Eliminated by Spring Lake Park
The Champlin Park boys basketball team was eliminated from the Section 5AAAA tournament in an 80-59 loss to Spring Lake Park.
The Panthers shot the ball well to establish a lead in the first half, and they were up 40-30 at halftime.
Spring Lake Park put up another 40 points in the second half, while the Rebels couldn’t match their scoring pace.
Champlin Park had won a 98-90 shootout in the regular season finale.
Gabe Myren had 33 points to lead the Panthers.
Devon Moore and Cooper Olson each scored 11 for the Rebels.
