Champlin Legion Baseball Rally Falls Short
The Champlin American legion baseball team’s rally fell short in a 7-4 loss to St. Michael.
St. Michael took a 3-0 lead in the third, and later went up by as much as 7-1.
Champlin Post 600 scored three runs in the bottom of the seventh but could get no more.
It’s the second week of play in the North Hennepin league.
