The 6’6″, 200 pound hard-throwing right-handed pitcher is one of the top prep baseball prospects in the state.
Phenow averages over a strikeout per inning for the Rebels who finished as Section 5AAAA runner-up a year ago.
The senior and straight-A student will continue his education and baseball career next year at Texas Christian University.
Tyler has a strong interest in science and plans to go into the medical field.
