CCX Sports Spotlight: Signe Dohse, Hopkins Softball
In this week’s CCX Sports Spotlight, John Jacobson profiles Hopkins softball player Signe Dohse.
The senior pitcher is a five-year varsity starter for the Royals and is the team’s top hitter.
Hopkins is aiming for a second straight state tournament appearance as the top seed in Section 6AAAA.
Dohse will play college softball at Northwestern University in Illinois.
She pitched a shutout Friday as Hopkins beat Armstrong 3-0 in the winner’s bracket final to advance to the championship round.
