CCX Sports Spotlight: Reese Axness, Champlin Park Volleyball
In the first CCX Sports Spotlight segment of the 2024-25 school year, John Jacobson profiles Champlin Park volleyball player Reese Axness.
The senior setter is one of the top players in the state and has committed to playing college volleyball at Ball State University.
Reese is a four-year starter for the Rebels and her mom Allison is in her ninth year as an assistant on the Rebels’ staff.
Champlin Park is ranked second in the state in Class AAA as the Rebels hope to make the state tournament for the first time since 2018.
