CCX Sports Spotlight: Quyavant Douglas, Brooklyn Center Boys Basketball
Our CCX Sports Spotlight this week shines on Brooklyn Center boys basketball standout Quyavant Douglas.
The senior is in his sixth varsity season and is averaging 31 points per game.
Douglas is a powerful guard who can drive to the basket and also shoot the three-pointer very well.
He’s worked on his passing skills and defense, too.
As a seventh grader Douglas was part of the Centaurs team that reached the state class AA tournament.
Section 5AA play for the Centaurs begins Thursday March 9.
