CCX Sports Spotlight: Maddyn Greenway, Providence Academy Girls Basketball
Our CCX Sports Spotlight this week shines on Providence Academy girls basketball senior guard Maddyn Greenway.
Greenway is one of the most accomplished athletes in Minnesota State High School League history.
In basketball, she’s helped lead the Lions to five state championships, winning four of the Class AA titles.
Greenway has eclipsed over 1,000 career rebounds and assists. She’s also only seven points away from becoming just the fourth girls basketball player in state history to reach the 5,000 points milestone.
Not only does Greenway excel in basketball, but she’s had an historic prep soccer and track a career as well. Greenway has won two state championships at Providence Academy in girls soccer and holds the MSHSL state record for career goals with 218. On the track, Greenway has took home four state titles as well.
Next year, Greenway will play basketball at the University of Kentucky.
