CCX Sports Spotlight: Jacob Kilzer, Maple Grove Football
In this week’s CCX Sports Spotlight segment, John Jacobson profiles Maple Grove High School quarterback Jacob Kilzer.
The senior, and three-year starter, has helped lead the Crimson to a 5-0 start and a number-one ranking in Class 6A.
Kilzer has accounted for 14 touchdowns, rushing and passing, so far this season and has ran for over 100 yards in three straight games.
As a junior he threw 14 touchdown passes and ran for 14 more as the Crimson reached the Prep Bowl for the first time in school history.
