CCX Sports Spotlight: Henry Nelson, Maple Grove Hockey
In this week’s CCX Sports Spotlight, John Jacobson profiles Maple Grove hockey defenseman Henry Nelson.
Nelson is one of ten Mr. Hockey Finalists for 2021 and has netted 10 goals and 33 assists for the Crimson (20-1-0).
Maple Grove faces Andover in the state tournament Class AA quarterfinals Wednesday night.
Nelson has committed to play college hockey at Notre Dame but will play at least one season of juniors next year in the USHL.
