CCX Sports Spotlight: Claire Reinke, Wayzata Swimming
In this week’s CCX Sports Spotlight Jason Melillo profiles Wayzata High School swimmer Claire Reinke.
The junior has the fastest time in the state in the 100 butterfly this season and recently set a Trojans’ school record in the event with a time of 54.61 seconds.
Reinke won a state championship in the 100 fly as a freshman. There was no state tournament in 2020.
She plans to study engineering at the University of Minnesota and swim for the Gophers.
