CCX Sports Spotlight: Charlotte Li and Avery Petty
In this week’s CCX Sports Spotlight segment, Jason Melillo profiles Hopkins girls’ soccer players Charlotte Li and Avery Petty.
The two have played club soccer together in the Tonka Fusion Elite program for several years, twice qualifying for national tournaments.
Li, a defender and center midfielder, is a senior and hopes to play Division III soccer next year while studying environmental science.
Petty, a junior, is the Royal’s leading scorer and has verbally committed to the University of Minnesota.
